These Terms of Use govern the use of services provided by Smart Launch Media (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Our Services

Smart Launch Media provides managed website services built on WordPress + Elementor.

Core Services

Our core service is a managed website system, which includes:

  • SEO-friendly website design

  • Secure website hosting

  • Ongoing maintenance and updates

  • Smart automation and lead capture

  • Monthly technical support

These elements are delivered together as a managed solution, not as standalone services.

Secondary / Supporting Services

Secondary services may be offered alongside an active managed website plan and may include:

  • SEO basics (technical and on-page setup)

  • Social media posting (light management)

  • Digital advertising account setup (one-time)

  • E-commerce setup (one-time)

Availability depends on scope and workload.

2. Technical Stack & Hosting

All managed websites:

  • Are built exclusively on WordPress + Elementor

  • Are hosted on Smart Launch Media’s hosting infrastructure

We do not support:

  • Other CMS platforms

  • Third-party hosting environments

  • Partial or external hosting setups

This ensures consistent performance, security, and support.

3. Pricing & Payments

Pricing Structure

  • Pricing is scope-based and varies depending on:

    • Number of pages

    • Required functionality

    • Automation needs

    • E-commerce or advanced features

  • Price ranges shown on our website are indicative only.

  • Final pricing is confirmed after reviewing project scope.

Setup Fees

A one-time setup fee applies and covers:

  • Website design and configuration

  • Automation setup

  • Deployment on our managed infrastructure

Monthly Fees

Monthly fees cover:

  • Website hosting

  • Maintenance and updates

  • Monitoring and support

  • Automation upkeep

4. Domain Names

Domain registration and renewal are not included in our pricing.

Clients may:

  • Use an existing domain they already own, or

  • Purchase a domain separately

If Smart Launch Media registers a domain on your behalf, the cost will be billed separately.
Domain ownership always remains with the client.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and timely content and information

  • Ensuring they own or have rights to supplied materials

  • Maintaining access to their domain registrar

  • Reviewing and approving work within reasonable timeframes

Delays in feedback or content may affect delivery timelines.

6. Changes & Scope

The following are not included unless agreed in writing:

  • Unlimited revisions

  • Major structural changes after approval

  • New features outside the agreed scope

Additional work may result in revised pricing.

7. No Guarantees

While best practices are applied, we do not guarantee:

  • Search engine rankings

  • Traffic or lead volume

  • Sales or revenue outcomes

  • Specific performance results

Website performance depends on multiple external factors.

8. Cancellation & Termination

Client Cancellation

  • A two (2) weeks’ notice by email is required to cancel a monthly plan

  • During the notice period, we will prepare a standard website handover, subject to these Terms

  • Hosting and ongoing management will end after the notice period

Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of:

  • Non-payment

  • Abuse or misuse of services

  • Breach of these Terms

9. Website Handover

Upon cancellation:

  • Website files will be provided as part of a standard handover

  • Hosting, automation, and ongoing support will cease

  • The client is responsible for arranging alternative hosting if required

10. Intellectual Property

  • Clients retain ownership of their content once payment is complete

  • Smart Launch Media retains rights to:

    • Reusable code

    • Frameworks

    • Non-client-specific systems

  • We may display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

11. Limitation of Liability

Smart Launch Media is not liable for:

  • Business losses or loss of revenue

  • Data loss

  • Downtime caused by third-party services

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Liability is limited to the fees paid for the services provided.

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private unless disclosure is required by law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Mauritius.
